The Clark’s Harbour Foggies captured the U15 AA Baseball Atlantics this past weekend in Amherst with a perfect 5-0 record.
The Foggies defeated the Summerside Chevy’s, Moncton Cubs, and St John’s Nfld Aces in round robin action.
The semi final was all Clark’s Harbour as they hammered the Riverview A’s 16-1 in five innings.
Player of the game Ben Nickerson was the winning pitcher.
In the championship contest the Foggies edged the Moncton Cubs 6-3 to capture the banner.
Ethan Shand was the winning pitcher and named Player of the game.
Shand also took the Top Pitcher Award for the tournament, while Nate Wickens was named tournament MVP, batting over .650 with 9 RBI’s.
The Foggies end the season with a 47 win, 7 loss, and 1 tie record.
Coaches Andrew Holland and Carman Brannen would like to thank the players and parents for a great summer of baseball.
