Over 47, 000 electric kettles are being recalled, because of a burn hazard.
Health Canada says the 1.7 litre KitchenAid kettle was sold between September 2013 and February 2018, in stores across Canada.
The handle can loosen and separate from the kettle, causing hot water to spill.

In the United States, there have been 79 reports.
