The Municipality of Shelburne will present another version of its planning strategy.
The fourth version of the strategy and land use by-law includes updates from three rounds of public consultations.
Updates include expanded housing policies to support tiny homes, coastal protection measures and modern renewable energy regulations.
The municipality says that includes the new provincial regulations on large and small scale wind turbines.
The documents say it’s a clear, forward-looking plan that supports economic opportunity, housing and climate resilience.
The presentation will happen Tuesday night at the municipal building.
