Lunenburg County District RCMP are investigating the sudden deaths of a man and woman.
Officers say an 84-year-old woman was found dead on a trail in Lake Pleasant at around 1:10 pm on Friday.
The remains of an 85-year-old man were found nearby.
RCMP say the deaths are not believed to be suspicious but an investigation is underway by the Annapolis District RCMP, RCMP Digital Forensic Services and the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service.
