Police in Bridgewater may have a possible homicide on their hands.
Investigators are currently looking into a “suspicious sudden death” in the Haven Drive area of the town.
Not many other details are known right now, but a large police presence will remain in the neighbourhood.
Police say there is no outstanding threat stemming from this investigation, but they are asking the community to avoid the area.
“I want to thank our Bridgewater Police members for their hard work and service on such a difficult matter and ask that the public please avoid the area while the investigation continues.” stated Mayor David Mitchell on Facebook.
