More than 100 people attended a candlelight vigil for a woman who was found dead inside an oven at a Walmart in Halifax.
They gathered in the parking lot of the Mumford Road location on Sunday night to light candles in honour of Gursimran Kaur.

The 19-year-old was found by her mother, who also worked at the store, on Oct. 19.
Caution tape still sectioned off the entrance to the building.
A sign placed in front of the building reads: “You are Always loved and never forgotten. May your soul rest in peace!”
The Labour Department has cleared the store to reopen, but Walmart has not released any timeline.
On Oct. 27, they sent a letter to employees saying they would be closed for at least another week, but that deadline has passed.

Investigators have previously said the case is complex and it could take a long time to determine exactly how Kaur died.
A fundraiser by the Maritime Sikh Society raised almost $200,000 for the family to help bring Kaur’s father and brother to Canada.
