The case involving 26-year-old man charged in relation to the death of a Halifax teenager is underway.
Treyton Alexander Marsman made his first court appearance Wednesday since being charged with second-degree murder, indignity to human remains and obstruction of justice.
It’s in relation to the discovery of Devon Marsman’s body after he went missing in 2022.
The 16-year-old’s body was found last month, and two others are facing charges connected to his death.
The case was pushed ahead until November 18 so lawyers could have more time to exchange evidence.
