This morning I read a great story about a guy who always wanted to have a dog with a “people” name so he could call out the name at the park and see the looks on people’s faces when a dog came running. So he named his dog “Brad” and his sister told him he was being disrespectful. A few weeks later she shows up with a new boyfriend named… you guessed it – Brad.
Now, our rescue dog was named Misty … that was her name when she came to us.
Our cats are Winnie (Winnifred), Lazarus and Mary.
They quite often are called Squawker, Porker and Wiggle Butt but at the vet’s they are listed with the people names.
