Today CKBW is celebrating the Class of 2021 from Park View Education Centre.  As these graduates close the high school chapter of their life and move on to bigger things we want to congratulate you on a job well done.

Graduation ceremonies are taking place this week at our high schools. We send congratulations to all the 2021 graduates and wish you the best with this next chapter. Set goals, stay focused, and remember all that you’ve already achieved.

 

The graduating class of 2021 has put in a trying year full of restrictions & loss for their final high school year. Now they have lost their Graduation & Prom. The community is rallying behind these 306 Grads of PVEC to try to give them the send-off they deserve. We are reaching out to the community and local businesses for support in this endeavor.

We are hosting an outside Prom at the LCLC July 16th to line up with phase 4 of NS Public Health’s reopening schedule (pending approval from Dr. Strang), we are hoping this outside “prom” celebration will be something the kids will remember for a lifetime.

In order to put this event together we are in the process of looking for sponsorships from our Municipal groups & local community-oriented businesses.
