A Bridgewater business is expanding to New Germany.
Buck’s Home Building Centre has purchased Rona New Germany Building Supplies.
The acquisition became official earlier this month.
Owner Ryan Buck says he’s thrilled with the addition.
“We’re super excited to be able to go in to New Germany through Home Hardware Stores Limited and carry our brand into that community.”
Buck says he’s impressed with his new staff.
“We have a great group there that really know the community which is always nice when you’re coming from outside. It’s nice to have a good team that understands the client base.”
Buck’s wife, Julie, is orginally from Scarsdale and he says it’s nice to come home to the community.
He adds, staff is at full complement at this time between both stores.
Buck says the new store is known as New Germany Home Hardware Building Centre and will be re-branded over the next six weeks.
A full revamp inside the store is expected this fall.
