Lions Radio Bingo is back tonight.
A fire at the Liverpool Lions Club late last month destroyed the third level of the Hall, including the bingo room.
The fire is believed to have been an electrical issue.
Everything needed for Wednesday Night bingo was lost in the fire.
Crystal Smith with the Liverpool Lions Club says it wasn’t just Liverpool who was affected.
“It’s been a huge impact, all the way around for the province,” she said.
“Having worked so diligently to get it back on the air and running has been a big priority.”
She said it not only destroyed the tools for bingo, but it also destroyed their history.
“Wecan replace certain things, but you can’t replace photographs and memories of past members,” said Smith.
“We had a memorial wall downstairs and that is gone, all those things just can’t be brought back. It’s devestating for us on that level.”
Lions clubs in New Germany, Bridgewater, CBNRC, Mahone Bay, Riverport and Lockeport have also been affected by this fire.
The cost to repair the Hall is still unknown at this point but they’re hoping to be back at full capacity in the next couple weeks.
