An iconic presence in Lunenburg is marking a significant anniversary.
For 125 years, the Lunenburg Industrial Foundry and Engineering has been a fixture in the town.
It is a hub that has been a major employer in the community since 1891.
Mayor Rachel Bailey recently acknowledged the milestone on behalf of the town
“Their product offering and what they do and what they provide for service to the marine industry is really quite phenomenal that they have been in operation for this many years.”
The Lunenburg Foundry is developing new technologies that will help it continue to prosper into the next century.
