Change is happening at the old Canadian Tire store on Dufferin Street in Bridgewater.
Marketing Manager, Jody O’Donnell, says the building and property is being renovated to become a new gym and warehouse space.
O’Donnell says the gym will focus on weightlifting, cardio and providing supplements.
He says the space is starting to take shape.
“The main entry area will have our smoothie bar, our supplement section as well as a relaxation area with leather couches and massage chairs.”
O’Donnell adds flooring is being installed this week.
There will also be accessible washroom and changing facilities and a 30 x 60 group exercise room for zumba or yoga.
‘The Lynds Den’ gym will be run by professional bodybuilder Mike Lynds and his wife Allison.
It could open by the end of November.
