The next superintendent of schools has been found for the South Shore.
Scott Milner will take over the position on July 18.
He replaces current superintendent, Geoff Cainen, who is retiring on June 30.
Cainen spent three years in the role.
Milner, meanwhile, served the Chignecto-Central Regional School Board for over 28 years as a teacher and principal.
His most recent role was director of education services for the last six years.
