A familiar boat is home for the winter.
‘Theodore Too’, a replica of Theodore Tugboat, is back in Dayspring at Snyder’s Shipyard.
The tugboat will undergo regular maintenance with a couple planks being moved and a fresh coat of paint.
Marine Operations Manager, Mitch Owen, says the boat is in excellent hands.
“The crew at Snyder’s is well-versed in wooden boat building and Theodore is a wooden boat, so it’s pretty much the best place to take a boat like Theodore.”
The boat was built in Dayspring in 2000.
It will stay at the shipyard until next spring.
