A smile cookie campaign by four Tim Hortons stores in Bridgewater should put a smile on the face of Connor Hirtle and his family.
The stores raised $6,387 over seven days.
Hirtle suffered a serious spinal cord injury in July and is currently in rehab.
Lori and Ian MacIsaac own the stores.
She says it was a worthy cause.
“And we just wanted to offer our support to them. This year, obviously we had the support of, basically, the entire town of Bridgewater because it was our most successful smile cookie campaign to date.”
The money will help the Hirtle family cover any costs.
